Food

Why do we crave for varieties in food? Why can't a simple dal and chappati suffice the indian tongue ;). Well, I wish I had answers to that. It would have solved half my worry about reducing my weight. I wonder why all the tasty items have lot of calories? Why cant fat/obese/a little healthy people have them without the tension of putting on some more weight? Somebody pls pls pls answer. :(

Don't be a couch potatoe...

Eat whateever you want to and then get rid of it by working out...

If you think you can eat whatever you want and then burn it by sitting... than you will obviously put on weight...

Giving up food you love is not the right way to do it...

Just working out does not solve the problem and who can tell better than me.

Try going to a gym and they will ask you to cut down on most of the things you love to eat.

i.e. to avoid you from putting in more calories than you have burnt in the workout...

If you keep eating equivalent to your workout... then you will never lose weight...

If you want overall fitness... concentrate on replacing fat with muscles... whcih burn calories more efficiently...
